Reception staff friendly and eager to help.
Nurses etc all very pleasant and professional.
Regular checks.
Ring a bell service on need for drinks or anything you may need.
Rooms basic but clean.
Food basic but OK.
Hence 4 stars not 5
Staff definitely 5 stars though.

Good experience from start to finish both with outpatient and inpatient appointments. All Staff couldn’t have been lovelier . Had my own room with en-suite and tv and was a little like staying in a travel lodge which was great.

I felt at times like the nurses didn’t quite resonate with the pain I was in or understand that the initial medication I was given didn’t agree with me but otherwise care was good

I can not fault the care provider for me from the Consultant, nurses , Health care assistants, student nurses, hospitality and house keeping. Every one was very kind and caring.

The staff at the BMI Harrogate are absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly kind and caring. I was looked after extremely well and I would definitely recommend this hospital!

By and large I was very happy with care I received and the friendliness of all the staff I encountered. I am by nature a fairly anxious person and I would have been reassured by a bit more written information re what to expect post operation. eg things like, what was the purpose of the drain tube etc. Maybe a simple phamphlet on general things. When I left hospital I was given witten information on daily exercises to be done to aid recovery. Again it would have been good to get a bit more detail/explanation on how to get the best out of exercises. Obviously it is in the patients best interests to get the best result from the exercises so they can't get enough guidance. Also thousands of patients must be undergoing some sought of exercise recovery plan.
