A wonderful and very helpful member of your Finance/Accounts Department, Nicole Holohan, very kindly obliged me in getting contact with the secretary of Dermatologist Dr M Ghazavi. I had tried repeatedly to contact her to get a receipt for the consultation fees I had paid ,in order to claim from my health insurance, but to no avail. I mentioned this in passing to Ms Holohan and without hesitation, she kindly offered to help.
I am now in receipt of the Statement of Accounts and my insurance company are happy to reimburse.
I am very grateful to Ms Holohan for her effort and diligence- she is a shining example of what patient care should encompass.
