Waiting time before and after treatment too long. Nurses should understand that the patients are tired and hungry after their treatment and would like to leave the hospital quicker. The catering provided is awful with lack of choice. There should be more nurses in the unit as they do not stop treating the patients. They are basically run of there feet trying to deal with everyone.

I thought it was all very efficient and professional. The only cricticism is that it is not always easy to hear someone calling you name in the waiting area. A screen system would be much superior.
