I was phoned today by Mr Winter to discuss the situation regarding my appointment for next week. We discussed my current conditions and he will arrange further tests for me. With the virus shutdown I was concerned as to when I would be seen. Mr Winter’s call reassured me that I would continue to be looked after during this period. Well done Mr Winter and all NHS staff. Ivor Salter
