Mr Srinivasan replaced my breast implants and gave me a uplift ( had surgery 16 years ago with same doctor, no problems) so choose same doc for new surgery, all staff have been very professional and took great care in looking after me , have no complaints other than having to wait in reception for a hour due to my room not being ready but that was unforeseen due to a patient not being ready to leave on time , but if confusion of me being then put in wrong room etc but I had unpacked so they let me stay put , were very accommodating, received a lovely box of flowers for my room also

Every member of the team, without exception was kind, friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly and I felt completely safe. I am very grateful for the care I received and don’t believe it could have been bettered.

Sheila for pre-op, B (Bernadette) on recovery, Sarfaraz & Connel, plus many more in theatre etc. All made me feel at ease which helped my recovery from start to finish. All amazing. 8 weeks after operation (27/07/21) Hip replacement, returning to work.

If you have to have an operation then Beardwood is the hospital to be in. There is no other word than superb in every aspect.

Excellent care and service. I was greeted and shown to my room on time. The staff were caring and compassionate. The only fault I can think of, was having been given my discharge papers, I was missing a sick note. This did take quite a long time to appear, and my poor sister was left sitting in the car park waiting for me.

I loved my stay here especially dr hadi... I felt as though I was in a hotel not a hospital

The automated telephone was erratic in getting through to the right department at times, although when i did connect the staff were excellent in assisting myself.

Dedicated staff at all levels, nothing was too much trouble.

I was treated with friendly respect.
I was cared for very well. The room was very pleasant and the food excellent.
