Having visited various hospitals I have to say the Highfield stands out by a mile. As soon as you arrive you are met with a pleasant helpful reception team in all of the buildings on the site.
Hospital admission was straight forward with the porters showing you to the required area and explaining how things work.
The nurses are the best i have experienced, chatty, caring, interested and obviously enjoy working at the hospital and this experience was the same on any shift.
The food was excellent and the place was spotless.
Such a refreshing change.
