I felt cared for all the way through, I'd never had a general anaesthetic before, but the staff gave helpful advice on what to bring, what to expect on the day. Once there on the day I felt very comfortable and reassured, I was kept up to date and everything explained thoroughly to me. Before and after the op I felt completely cared for and not rushed about anything .
