I've never been in a better hospital. From the outset I was treated very efficiently and in a calm reassuring manner. All of the medical staff were amazing in ensuring that I was looked after well and treated kindly. From prep to post op I felt in a very safe place. Special thanks to Becky, the nurse who kept a close eye on me and brought me the most welcome cup of coffee in recovery.

• The hospital is very well Orgaised. • Protocols and procedures followed to the book by the hospital staff. • Seamless procedure with no long waiting or delays. • All of the staff from the pre op to post op stages were very helpful and considerate and explained in simple language what was going to happen during all of the procedures. • Nurse Hannah was excellent.

Myself (as daughter and carer) and my 93 yr old mother, arrived by hospital transport for her to have a cataract operation, only to find that due to a typo error the operation was actually booked in for the following day. However, the staff rallied round, and managed to fit her in at the start of afternoon surgery. It meant quite a wait, but it saved her having to go back home without the op being done. The staff made sure we were looked after, offering drinks etc. By the time we were ready to leave less than an hour after the op, the hospital transport had been ordered and were waiting to take us straight home. The hospital is very clean and pleasant. Highly recomended.

I was treated well by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people. I needed to wait about 20 minutes past the appointment time. This was reasonable. The only less positive item was that it wasn’t completely clear on arrival that my attendance had been registered or recorded in the absence of a formal reception area in the same day operation area.

I was advised by my GP Surgery to visit Tetbury Minor Injuries and Illness Unit to check I did not have a chest infection, I did not want to take up a Doctors appointment. On arrival the receptionist was very welcoming, taking relevant details and explaining that I would be seen by a Nursing Practitioner. All observations were completed thoroughly and I left with advice and a printed leaflet. I felt I had been fully informed by the NP, in a very well organised and clean environment. A great facility to have!

Exactly how you’d hope a hospital to operate, on time appointments, clean and modern with nice staff, everyone was so very friendly and down to earth from the receptionists to the consultants. I wish all hospitals were like this!

I went in to check my dog bite of four days earlier which was healed but still throbbing. Louise the nurse saw me immediately and arranged for me to be given antibiotics which I will collect from my normal Doctor later on today. A thoroughly marvellous experience,I cannot speak to highly of my treatment this morning Robert Whitaker
