I went in for day surgery and cannot rate the whole team highly enough. I would like to specifically mention Max and Hannah as the nurses allocated to look after me, they were so kind, caring and professional through the procedure. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you. The whole team were considerate and, even those not involved in my care, smiled at me. The whole process was so slick and efficient and I felt very safe, cared for and received excellent care throughout. Thank you all.
