Attended Pallion Road Clinic for a suspected DVT on a Sunday morning and was attended too within a short space of time. After seeing the nurses there, they took blood samples and from the results referred me to the Royal Hospital the following day for a scan. This took place and revealed that I did not have a DVT but probably a torn or ruptured muscle. I was impressed with the standard of care and attention I was given and treated with the utmost respect which really was outstanding. As far as I can see, and my experience, I cannot fault anything that took place. Hospitals and the NHS get a bad press, but I was amazed at the level of service I experienced and congratulate each member of the staff I came into contact with. Keep up the good work and best wishes to everyone. Sincerely yours. James Hughes
