Speed of "operation" (!) done before I knew it, helped nerves a lot! No problems after op, may be down to no anaesthetic (?). Almost 100% care from nursing staff (I say almost as every bod has its odd bad days). Leaving could be improved as hung around for a long time. Otherwise fantastic.
