The staff we came into contact with were helpful, friendly and did excellent work. Elaine was especially helpful during my first night with a new born - considerate, attentive and helped ease my anxieties. The package of care given post natally was considerably better than I received elsewhere 3 years ago, including physiotherapy which was something never covered and a detailed handover about what to expect going home. We also had a really great overview by Anne (specialist nurse) when outlining a problem discovered with our son; and were staggered when a problem was picked up at 9am and we had seen the specialist before lunchtime with a full understanding of the issue. Anne was thoughtful, thorough and really detailed ensuring we completely understood; as an anxious parent without her I would have felt lost and unable to cope but she made it easy to come to terms with and I feel far more at ease for this.
