I was seen a lot more quickly than expected (total 2 hrs 20 minutes), particularly as the department was busy. Staff were friendly, explained to me the eye examinations, and were also able to answer my questions. I was told to go back if ever I had further concerns, which was also reassuring.
A bit more space in the waiting room would be good, though I'm not sure this would be possible.
