I have been on a waiting list for an ASD diagnosis for 2+ years and it took almost a year before that of being passed from one department to another because the last person to see me said "I think it's bi polar" then that team would say "no your have a personality disorder" only to be passed to another department. On my worst days I was told that "we don't want you to hurt yourself" but was only provided phone numbers to crisis cafes, and I was unable to get any actual help at the point I needed it unless I had hurt myself but at that point I would of been "A&E's problem". And to top all that off, I am constantly not receiving letters about appointments and or other information being sent to me because of continuous admin errors.

Suggested improvements
These issues can be solved by having more staff, the mistakes I've been made to suffer through are all down to staff being overworked and or departments understaffed.
