Last 2 questions are N/A I feel I had to seek help else where to have my medication reviews and altered. I was not once given the opportunity or care by seeing a psychiatrist even after I had requested on several different occasions. I did have to remove CMHT from prescribing my medication as it was no ever reviewed in a year! I gave my gp full care from now on. I was slightly disappointed in these discussions that were made but as I am now with HelloSelf, between them and my GP I do feel I have more involvement and listened to regarding my care. My CMHT worker(s) are/were understanding but I do feel the guidelines are not always in the patients best interest… a year for a medication review is not the NHS guidelines especially after moving here from another county. This was disappointing but again the guidelines need to be reviewed for patient care.

Listened, kept within the NHS medication review guidelines and practised them and when a new patient from a foreign area (Manchester) to Kettering and not see a psychiatrist to rereview my medication… I’ve still not seen a psychiatrist nor have I had a consultation for a medication review when my medication was originally prescribed by a psychiatrist! In bury lancs, Fairfield hospital, [name removed] crossly. I do not understand how if I’m under a specific specialist for the medication I’ve been prescribed and I’m still yet to even have any contact. Again my gp is aware and we now have to, probably, make a new referral in the future for me to see a psychiatrist!
