The purpose of the appointment was confused because of a previous appointment in early 2021. The nurse thought it was an annual review, not an initial assessment. This caused me a lot of worry and I reacted by getting overly emotional. However the nurse dealt with me superbly and calmed me down. I am now worried that my consequent high blood pressure, as recorded during the assessment, is not representative of my health.
Suggested improvements
I don't know if the medical records software caused confusion and could be improved.
