I don’t wasn’t helped or listened too. Trying to get help has made me more unwell
If the service cannot cope and offer help, they should be honest and not imply it is service users fault for needing the wrong things, or denying our needs.
Suggested improvements
Listened to me from the start and treating me like an intelligent person who knew what I needed.
Not gaslighting is by saying services which are available are actually impossible to get referred to.
Listening to the views of GP and surgery CPN’s.
Have compassionate and knowledgeable people on triage.
