In regards to my answers they are all in relation to the service that was provided by [name removed] [name removed]. She treated my daughter like a person and didn’t speak at her or like she wasn’t in the room. She was understanding when we couldn’t make some appointments and overall did the best she could in a service that had forgotten about my daughter. She has a calming presence but also knows when we were joking and the way we tried to make light of serious situations.

Suggested improvements
The reception staff need to learn to lower their voices as I don’t need the whole reception knowing my daughters name. Also when they are looking at the appointments that day they seem to struggle with the basic concept of someone saying they have an appointment with ‘name’ and the time. They still need the patients name, which again they are not subtle at taking names. Also you can hear when they are on the phone to other patients or drs, and I’ve heard medication being mentioned, names and services for the person they are talking to. There was always an issue with the rooms and who’s where. Which doesn’t help if you have an anxious patient.
