I felt good to begin with. But after being told If I don’t get on with the U&ME group course , which I tried for 4 weeks, I was told I will be referred back to the ‘team’ to offer me something else, like one to one counselling. I was then sent a letter discharging me from the service. So I’m back to square one !!! All I wanted was support , someone to talk to , etc. but because the u&ME group wasn’t for me , that’s it !!!! Cheers for that

You could do what you say. If you tell someone that the course they put you on isn’t for everyone and you can go back and they can find something else for you, then that’s what should happen !! Not be discharged
