Everything was explained to me simply and clearly - I felt comfortable and confident being treated. The member of staff treating me was friendly and professional with an excellent bedside manner. The blood test was also pain free!
Suggested improvements
It was difficult to check in and know where to go - better instructions needed to be given on appointment letters such as which buzzer to press when signing in.
