I went to my second appointment at St Mary’s about a month after my first appointment.
From the first one I was told we had made a plan for my mental health care to start SCM and he was referring me then at this other appointment he decides to say “ oh I didn’t know we already agreed that” I’ll do it now but it will take long because there is a waiting list? So if he had done it at the first appointment like I was told he was going to maybe I’d already be in the que? I haven’t had any medication for literally 2 months now and no one is doing anything about ? It’s ridiculous
Suggested improvements
Actually do what they say they are going to do at the appointment and “ not forget” and make me go to kettering to say the exact same thing as the first time I went.
