The outpatient experience was wonderful! As a new mum I found the trip and enjoyable time! All staff were so welcoming and lovely, they took the time to get to know us and make us feel at ease. My son even got a teddy. Really great example of outstanding nhs care today well done ladies

I was admitted for day surgery on the princess Ann ward. The staff were wonderful, they went above and beyond to make the experience the best it could be despite complications following the procedure.
