1) Diane in waiting area B was friendly and efficiently even put a plaster on a small wound on my arm from a garden wound.
2) Or bell pleaant as always with new ideas for my aches and pains.
Suggested improvements
Main ground floor reception could greet patients with a smile as no masks worn.

Dianne was very welcoming and put me at ease from the start. The doctor was also great and I got the outcome I wanted.

My appointment was at 12 pm- when and patient was called in all 11:58 am it was obvious the doctor war running late but this was not communicated indicate how long one has to wait. There is no 'air in section B it is far too. not- no fans I could have 'popped' outside for comfort.
