Reception was very helpful as I did not have a scheduled appointment (I had been asked by consultant on been Friday (22nd) to attend on (25th).
Staff are polite, friendly and make you feel at ease.
It is smooth process with everyone knowing their ends.

Everyone treated me in a friendly, respectful way. They had time to answer any queries I had. They made a difficult time easier to dial with.
