My partner had a appointment to see the gynaecologist on Monday the 23rd of November, I phoned up on the morning to make sure the appointment was still going ahead the receptionist told me everything was still good for the appointment that was at 11.50 , as we live over 20 miles away we left at 10.40 , at 11.10 the hospital rang me to say the appointment had to be cancelled. I was really annoyed about this as we both had to take a day off work
