My experience with SWFT audiology department has been amazing! Huge thanks to all the staff - particularly to Natalie Clarke for her care, help and advice throughout my appointments for my hearing tests, hearing aid fitting and follow up both at Stratford and Warwick hospitals. The ease with which I found the whole process from my initial referral to your service (including CT and MRI scans - via consultation with your ENT department) was fantastic! Even the car parking was easy and all my appointments were on time!!! As an NHS employee myself, I really appreciate the very positive experience that I have had. I am very grateful to you all - THANK YOU!
