Stratford Hospital has the easiest access parking of any hospital that I have visited. No physical barriers at either the entry or exit is a great relief for those with restricted mobility in arms, hands, shoulders etc. No need to take a ticket. ANPR means that payment simply involves entering your cars reg. on a touch screen which auto fills most of it, paying with a wave of a contactless payment card, and pressing a button if you need a receipt. It couldn't be easier.
