It was clean, tidy and quiet in the hospital. Staf were helpful and friendly. However, I felt a bit lost - see above.
Suggested improvements
I came to straight for a { } appointment but there was no orientation for me to follow. I went to building one I was sent to building. At bulding two I went to {acesstion} and was told to { } and wait in area B. Nobody checked me in there was no reception marked.
