Fittleworth have been excellent since I came out of hospital. I have always been able to contact them whenever I need to. My stoma nurse, Karen Totty, has been really supportive and reassured me that everything is going well. She has helped me gain confidence and I feel that I am almost back to normal I still have a short way to go to get back to my full fitness but I am almost there.
Suggested improvements
I cannot think of anything that you could have done better. In fact Karen seemed to be more knowledgeable than the doctors and consultant about all aspects of my stoma care.
