I was looked after by tbe Sheffield Stoma team,in particular Karen Totty, who explained everything to me. She ensured that I found the right unique combination of bags and seals that worked for me. She was professional,polite,very knowledgeable and visited as often as was necessary to provide the support and correct solution. Thank you Karen
