I attended St Thomas’ by Ambulence on Christmas morning. I could not have experienced more caring, professional, friendly and efficient treatment.
The Ambulance team we’re wonderful, Matt and Luke, I felt so privileged to receive such great care from them and then onward every member of the medical staff was superb.
Everyone was so calm and kind and gave me so much time. It was such a pleasure to meet the excellent doctor and lovely nurse, Jan.
The ambulance team who bought me home were equally excellent, very professional, efficient and charming.
To all the many staff who helped, thank you so much. We are very blessed to have such a superb A&E dept at St Thomas’ with such outstanding staff.
