I had an appointment with Mr Laurence Dodd. What a fantastic young man. I feel confident now about my forthcoming operation on my knee.
I was most impressed by the kindness and efficiency of the receptionist, nurses and those who took swabs and blood
We are so lucky to have a marvellous hospital like St Richards.
