The care I was given was very good however, my son phoned on numerous occasions and was unable to speak to me or get any information about me as he was in Kettering this was very worrying for them and totally unacceptable .He is very angry about this.

The nurses and doctor Zane were brilliant. Some of the other doctors looked at me in the distance as I only had a migraine, which made me feel uncomfortable.
The regular nurses and Dr. Zane treated me with respect and were very professional. It was some of the nurses/doctors that came round first thing.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. I was told what was wrong and what would be happening every step of the way.
Everyone had a smile on their faces which makes the place feel more comfortable.
I do not love being woken every hour to do a blood glucose test during the night, but I understand why it has to be done!!
