Care was good. Explanation and kindness of nurses give so much reassurance to a nervous patient.
Sr. Puzey is excellent and you feel very confident in her care during the procedure and her knowledge.
She takes time to speak to you.
Thank you.
Please if it all possible could we know how long our staff will be as my appointment was at 3 pm did not realize I would be there to six. This is not a problem but would have liked to know.

This whole experience was much better than I expected. I was quite anxious initially.
I would have preferred a lady throughout.
