Very friendly, caring staff.
Occasionally had to chase the timings on medication but most of the time this was fine.
The staff at night were very considerate about letting patients sleep, keeping noise to a minimum.

I was met with a friendly smile from the receptionist.All the staff I saw were kind, caring and friendly- My procedure was carried out easily and successful by Annette, which I appreciated, as some times AGU I had bad experience, when it was painful and unsuccessful.
