The staff were warm attentive and polite. They assisted me walking and getting out of bed. The surgeons and doctors explained what would happen in surgery and all potential risk. The doctors who came to see me after surgery were attentive and explained everything to me. The only negative was I didn't get to sleep because one of patients was disruptive and there were lots of beeping but I understand this isn't staff fault.

Review of NICU - St Peter's

The NICU team were fantastic and supportive. The care felt seamless with a good understanding of his care. On the Fore Booler ward the care was less consistent and I was repeating myself and choosing painkillers etc with it taking hours to get. They had far less understanding on supporting us as a family.
The Bounty lady needs talking to about what is acceptable behavior.

Care excellent from A and E - through to surgical assessment unit and Falcon ward. Everybody introduced themselves by name, and was friendly and efficient. At every stage I was kept as informed as possible of my treatment plan.
