The appointment service needs serious overhaul. An appointment was made for me on the phone for the 12 December I duly arrived to be told it was on the 11th. I was told to rebook which I did and was given an appointment on the 18th. I duly arrived to be told it had been cancelled. I was made to feel really awkward about being there and that the doctor would squeegee in. Appalling service. I was then told the system sometimes makes glitches. How awful is that wasting peoples time; both mine and the doctors.
