Overall care was very good but a few issues with the rooms: The hooks on the curtains are poor. The curtains cannot be pulled around the bed in a smooth action - must be frustrating for staff. The lock on the toilet door should be fixed for obvious reasons. The chairs used to ferry patients around are dread for. Of the 2 i was in, 1 is very comfortable but really hard to push and the other is easy to push but really uncomfortable. Surely and properly designed chair is not difficult.
