I had to get my paperwork from Epsom hospital which Sophie organised for me when I spoke with her on Monday. Sophie then went above and beyond what I expected when she phoned me on Tuesday to confirm she had been successful in obtaining my records from Epsom.
Today the Dr was great explained clearly what I had done to my ankle.
