I thought the first 2 hydro sessions were too short/ easy.
The second 2 were the right level for me.
I would have liked 6 sessions instead of 4 to gain more benefit from the treatment.
I was quite nervous in the first session but the staff put me at ease, they were very friendly. changing facilities could be more private to make me feel more comfortable.
