I wanted to make sure someone was aware how well I was treated yesterday. My appointment was on time. The doctor diagnosed my problem and sent me straight to Ashford for an operation, within 90 minutes of seeing her. All done in one day and I am very grateful. Well done NHS, you're wonderful for this and many other things over the years.
