Why can I receive free hearing aid batteries and tubes, but despite having had several sets of batteries and and only 2 cleaning wires for the tubes am informed that I can have more tubes but not the cleaning wires because they are too expensive. Be prepared to replace my tubes twice a week as I can no longer clean them!!
