I quickly got the impression that I already knew more than the consultant I saw about the subject. I felt the advice was in ignorance of recent studies and contrary to my needs and advising a step backwards in my approach. She had no access to my history (going back years) and it was was like starting over from the beginning. I shall not return for this treatment.
