The waiting area felt safe with seating spaces apart and in cubicles. There was a delay and I was in a huge amount of pain. However I consider the delay only normal given how busy A&E is.
Suggested improvements
Pain relief could have been administered quicker.
But the staff were wonderful, kind and caring and I am very grateful for all they did.
