On the whole, all of the staff who provided my care were very friendly. As time passed, they became better at listeners to my concerns re: enabling total personal hygiene and a good sense of well being. Adjustments were duty made. Laura Kalangi and Hannah Tiweddle were great at lifting any low mood with good humor and chatter. Some staff could have showed more empathy at the start as I came to terns with my injury.
