The place was clean however could have wiped seats between patients and could have opened windows. I appreciate it is cold and don’t want staff to suffer however perhaps some heaters to keep them warm along side this.

In light of COVID and that some people don’t have any symptoms, I would have liked to have the wipes cleaned in between patients in the waiting room. Alternatively, to have been provided something for us to have done this ourselves, it would have made me feel more secure when I was so anxious about going in the first place. In addition to have some windows open to allow air ventilation. The staff however were lovely and was not over crowded.
