Constant professional approach by all staff. They are observe when my health deteriorates and promptly called the doctor to check me and organize the tests required. Although they are all so busy with so many patients, I felt I wasn't left out at all. They are happy for the patients to get better. It's a really tough job and I am extremely pleased that they are there.
