Whilst I did give the highest score & the staff deserve it the waiting time was unbelievable. I was in A&E for over 11 hours. Thank you though to all the staff that have appeared to come up with all the right answers to my problems.
Suggested improvements
Reduce heat he waiting times, but that unfortunately revolves around the patient's like me who come into A&E.
