All the staff were very friendly and efficient and helped greatly in making me feel at ease, I am sure most people feel some nerves when having a procedure in hospital, and appreciate the help given. The only thing I did wonder if anything could be done to shorten the waiting time, after being called from the reception area, but without an understanding of the running of a busy medical unit I can't offer any constructive suggestions,
