My father has attended A and E X2 in the last 2 weeks. He has received good care. However, the staff are not compliant with IPC, Dr.s wearing wrist watches, nail polish. The department need a thorough refurbishment and a deep clean. The nursing equipment is dusty and needs replacement rusty metal dressing trolleys, broken storage trolleys. I would recommend your facilities department do a walk round and list the repairs that are required.
To note fabric chairs, poor cleaning of equipment in between patient contact. Recommend an IPC environment audit asap.
